Operational Snapshot

A 3-Day Operational Review

Most organizations don’t lack effort.
They lack clear visibility into where effort is (and isn’t) paying off.

The Operational Snapshot is a short, focused review designed to give leadership a clear view of current operations — without launching a consulting engagement or disrupting teams.

What Is an Operational Snapshot?

An Operational Snapshot is a 3-day, current-state review that uses your existing data to identify:

  • Where time and effort are being lost

  • Which operational issues actually matter right now

  • What not to work on

This is not implementation, not consulting, and not a transformation program.

It is clarity.

What We Look At

We focus only on what already exists:

  • Your current KPIs and reports

  • 3–5 critical workflows

  • Hand-offs, delays, and rework

  • Escalation patterns and decision signals

Minimal time is required from your team.

What You Receive

At the end of the snapshot, you receive a concise Operational Snapshot Brief that includes:

  • The top sources of operational friction or waste

  • An estimate of impact (time, cost, or delay)

  • Why these issues are hard to see internally

  • A clear classification for each issue:

    • Fix

    • Monitor

    • Ignore

No long decks.
No vague recommendations.

Who This Is For

The Operational Snapshot is best suited for organizations that:

  • Have 50+ employees

  • Are operations-heavy (manufacturing, logistics, public sector, healthcare, utilities, services)

  • Have KPIs but don’t fully trust what they’re telling them

  • Feel busy, but not meaningfully improving

What This Is Not

To keep the Snapshot fast and effective, it intentionally does not include:

  • Implementation support

  • Project management

  • Workshops or training sessions

  • Ongoing meetings

If direction is needed after the Snapshot, that is handled separately and intentionally.

Timeline

3 business days, start to finish.

  • Days 1-2: Review of existing data and limited leader input

  • Days 2-3: Analysis, quantification, and synthesis

Current Availability
